1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or using the services of Dtech Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern our fiber optic broadband services provided within the Salem district, Tamil Nadu.
2. Service Availability and Coverage
Dtech Solutions provides high-speed fiber internet connection, cable TV, and voice services **exclusively across the Salem district**. Connection feasibility is subject to technical verification at your specific location.
3. Billing and Payment Terms
All services are billed monthly in advance. Subscription fees must be paid on or before the due date. Failure to pay invoice balances will result in automated temporary service suspensions until payment clears.
4. Installation and Equipment
We provide professional installation (free installation is subject to promotional offers and regional availability). Dtech Solutions retains ownership of all customer-premises equipment (CPE) such as fiber routers, modems, and cables. Upon termination of service, all such equipment must be returned in good working condition.
5. Fair Usage and Prohibited Acts
Subscribers are prohibited from reselling bandwidth, hosting commercial-grade servers on residential connections, or performing illegal digital acts. Violation of these terms will lead to immediate connection termination without refund.
